A Well-Being Concert: Wood Works

Finding Stillness in Motion: A Well-Being Concert

Wood Works for String Quartet

Join us for a beautiful musical experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect.

Aria Peters and Logan Indge on violin, Amelia Sears on viola, and Jessica Catron on cello will perform selections from Wood Works—charming arrangements of Nordic folk music filled with warmth, rhythm, and vitality.

Host Xavier Kneedler-Shorten will guide listeners through the experience, offering moments to pause, breathe, listen, and simply be present with the music.

Art supplies will be available for those who would like to draw, doodle, or create while listening. Or, just come to settle in a chair or on a floor cushion and simply enjoy the music.
