Raluca is an architect and the owner of Incep Architecture, a Missoula-based practice focused on thoughtful, practical design and a highly personal approach to working with clients. Her work includes residential and commercial projects, renovations, and the careful transformation of existing buildings. As a small-business owner and architect, she brings creativity, problem-solving, attention to detail, and real-world experience to her role as a board member.
A lifelong lover of music, Raluca believes deeply in the importance of music education for children. She sees music not only as a source of joy and creative expression, but as an important part of developing curious, engaged young minds. She believes learning music can strengthen the way children think, listen, create, and connect, while giving them a broader understanding of different people, cultures, and the world around them.
Raluca values thoughtful collaboration, clear communication, and finding solutions that balance individual needs with those of the broader community. She lives and works in Missoula and is deeply invested in the community she calls home. She is grateful for the opportunity to bring her professional experience, love of music, and belief in the value of music education to her work on the board.
